Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. My OS is Windows 7 Bit. When I tried a clean boot and attempted an install I got error message Failed to load installer script. When I try to install during a normal boot, the install wizard starts, reads my system, configures, then a second install wizard starts and takes me into the uninstall program. Please attempt to install the Revo Uninstaller to verify that there is not a trace of the game still on the System.

You are also able to run the Windows Cleanup Utility. Also, create an alternate user account and verify if you are able to install the application under an alternate user account.
